Varese, February 25, 2025 – MV Agusta is proud to announce that the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro has been awarded the prestigious GOOD DESIGN® 2024 Award by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.

The Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro embodies MV Agusta’s vision: to create a motorcycle that represents the ultimate desire of every rider. The perfect balance of stylistic research, aesthetic pleasure, technological innovation, and outstanding performance has led to the creation of a machine that transcends the concept of a motorcycle, placing itself in a dreamlike dimension.

Produced in a limited series of only 500 numbered units, the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro combines MV Agusta’s historic racing heritage, an obsessive attention to aesthetics, and a relentless pursuit of technological excellence. The result is a true sculpture on two wheels, where technology and design merge seamlessly without compromise.

Founded in 1950 in Chicago by Edgar Kaufmann Jr., Charles and Ray Eames, Russel Wright, George Nelson, and Eero Saarinen, the GOOD DESIGN® Award is the world’s oldest and most prestigious international design award. Every year, it celebrates the best achievements in industrial and graphic design, recognizing excellence and innovation across multiple disciplines.

The 2024 edition received thousands of submissions from over 56 countries.
